30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and unwashed
  • Be in its original condition
  • Include the original packaging whenever possible
  • Be accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

Before sending your item back, please contact our support team at support@olivelegacy.shop.

Once your request is reviewed, we'll provide return instructions and, if applicable, a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Please package your item securely to help prevent damage during transit.


Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Olive Legacy cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

  • Personalized or customized products
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or used
  • Gift cards (if applicable)

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

We'll review your request and work quickly to provide an appropriate solution, whether that's a replacement or a refund.


Exchanges

If you need a different size or wish to exchange an item, please contact our support team first.

We'll guide you through the exchange process and provide the appropriate instructions based on your order.


Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees for approved returns.
