Orders
When will my order be processed?
Every order is made with care after it's placed. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days before shipping.
During holidays or special promotions, processing may take a little longer, but we'll always work to get your order out as quickly as possible.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes.
If your order has not entered production, we're happy to help you make changes or cancel it.
Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
After production begins, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 3–5 business days
- International: 5–8 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your local carrier, holidays, or weather conditions.
How can I track my package?
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
My tracking hasn't updated. Is something wrong?
Not necessarily.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after your package leaves our fulfillment facility.
If your tracking hasn't moved for several days, please contact us and we'll gladly investigate.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items in their original condition.
Customized or personalized products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Please email us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- A brief description of the issue
We'll make it right as quickly as possible.
Can I exchange for another size?
Yes.
If you'd like a different size, simply contact us and we'll guide you through the exchange process.

What materials do you use?
We carefully select quality garments that provide lasting comfort, durability, and a timeless feel.

Will the print fade after washing?
Our products are printed using professional production methods designed for long-lasting wear.
To extend the life of your garment, we recommend:
- Wash inside out
- Cold machine wash
- Tumble dry low or hang dry
- Do not iron directly on the print
Do colors look exactly like the photos?
We do our best to accurately represent every product.
Because every monitor and mobile device displays colors differently, slight variations may occur.
