We understand that plans can change.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. As long as your order has not entered production, we'll gladly process a full refund.

Once the 12-hour cancellation window has passed, your order is sent into production and can no longer be canceled or modified.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to make the change before your order ships.
